Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the services provided by Gaoithe Advisory, including the Horizon Europe Risk Scan.

By submitting a request for service or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Gaoithe Advisory provides external risk scanning and decision support services.

The Horizon Europe Risk Scan is a fixed-price external assessment designed to help organisations evaluate whether a Horizon Europe opportunity appears worth pursuing based on the call text and external market and technology conditions.

 

2. Scope

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Horizon Europe Risk Scan includes:

• a concise dashboard

• a short written report

• an external view on the main risk factors, timing issues, and decision pressure points relevant to the opportunity

 

3. Suitability and acceptance

Submission of a request does not automatically create a contract.

Gaoithe Advisory reserves the right to review incoming requests and determine whether they fall within scope. If a request is accepted, payment details and next steps will be provided.

Gaoithe Advisory may decline requests that are outside scope, unclear, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for the service.

 

4. Pricing and payment

The price for the Horizon Europe Risk Scan is stated on the website or as otherwise communicated in writing.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT, and VAT will be added where required.

Work begins only after:

• the request has been accepted, and

• payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing

 

5. Delivery

Delivery timing will depend on the service purchased and the materials provided.

Any stated turnaround time applies only once the required materials and payment have been received.

Gaoithe Advisory will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe, but does not guarantee delivery by a fixed deadline unless expressly agreed in writing.

 

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• providing accurate and relevant information

• supplying the documents or links needed for the service

• ensuring that they have the right to share submitted materials

Gaoithe Advisory is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information.

 

7. Refunds

If a request is declined before payment, no payment is due.

If payment has been made and Gaoithe Advisory determines before starting the work that the request is clearly outside scope, a refund may be offered at Gaoithe Advisory’s discretion.

Once work has started, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 

8. No guarantee of outcome

The Horizon Europe Risk Scan is an external decision-support service. It is intended to inform judgement, not replace it.

Gaoithe Advisory does not guarantee:

• funding success

• proposal acceptance

• commercial success

• any specific decision or outcome

 

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaoithe Advisory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of opportunity, loss of funding, loss of profit, or business interruption.

Any liability arising from the service shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Gaoithe Advisory retains ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates, and underlying intellectual property.

Upon full payment, the client may use the delivered output internally for its own decision-making purposes. The output may not be resold, republished, or commercially redistributed without prior written permission.

 

11. Confidentiality

Gaoithe Advisory will treat submitted materials and client communications as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or protect legal rights.

 

12. Changes to services or terms

Gaoithe Advisory may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on the website will apply to future purchases.

 

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
